    4.Typical application

    Designed for  the bonding and fix of electronic components


    1Substrate preparation:

    All surfaces must be clean and dry, degreased and washed off all contaminants that may affect the bondability. Suitable cleaning solvents include isopropanol, acetone and methyl ethyl ketone. In many substrates, such as glass, metal and the vast majority of engineering plastics, they can be bonded without primer, but materials that are usually poorly bonded, such as PTFE, polyethylene, polypropylene, and other materials alike primer treatment is necessary. If you want to achieve the best bonding effect, it is recommended to use adhesive accelerator. After a thin layer of adhesion accelerator is coated by solvent cleaning, dip coating, brushing or spraying,accelerator at room temperature let it dry for 15 to 90 minutes at room temperature, the relative humidity is equal to or higher than 50%.

    In order to better bonding effect, it can be used with the    related primer products of our company. Following is the best way to get the bonding effect:

    1Using a  isopropyl alcohol solvent and something alike to clean surface or sandpaper or burlap to abrade material surface until it become coarse.

    2A thin layer of primer is attached to the surface of the substrate by spraying, brushing or dipping.

    3Drying the primer for at least 1 hour at 50% relative humidity.

    4Silicone rubber substrate surface does not require primer, but still need to use sandpaper and acetone to clean and rough.

    2Methods of operation

    After applying silicone on a treated surface,put another piece of substrate immediately. If the coated material is exposed to moisture in the air, there will be crust occurred. Any processing should be completed before this layer of crust formed, which can be easily scraping with a scraper. The adhesive / sealant can reach the tack-free state within the specified time. When used for surface bonding of two objects, only need to be alternately evenly coated on one of the surface, and then the other surface can be bonded. When fitting, use appropriate pressure to remove the air from the colloidal surface. The best bonding effect is under film thickness of about 0.5mm. The bonded device can not be moved until the colloid is completely cured. Some packaged products can be extruded directly from the packaging tube. According to the amount of size, the attached plastic tip head can be cut to the required size, fitted with a packaging nozzle it can be used. Covering the cover immediately after use to prevent the remaining colloid in the tube from curing for the next use.     3Curing process and time

    1The silicone contacting with the moisture in the air will cure. And in a certain period of time the silicone surface will crust,before which all operations should be done.

    2The silicone is gradually cured from the surface to the inside. Its curing depth is 2-5mm at 25 ℃ and 50% relative humidity after 24 hours . Very deep parts, especially where can not be easy to contact with moisture, takes longer to cure completely, and when the humidity is low, the curing time will be extended accordingly.

    In the use or packaging of bonded parts, the user is bad better to wait for long enough to ensure that the bonding part is complete cure, which is related to many factors, the user should depend on the specific circumstance.

    3If the two materials that are bonded are impermeable (for example, both materials are metal), the silicone cure time depends on the thickness of the glue and the size of the bonding area between the two sticky materials. In order to get the best bonding effect, the combined area should not exceed 25mm.


    The sealant releases small amounts of small molecules during curing, and some species may corrode some metal parts or substrates, especially in direct contact with the material or curing in a closed environment where the byproducts made during curing can not release.

    7.Preventive treatment

    This material does not contain the product safety information required for safe use. Before using the product, please carefully read the "product manual", "product safety data sheet" and health information on packaging labels. The Material Safety Data Sheets can be obtained from the local sales representative of our Company.


    8.Storage and validity

    Preserving in the 25℃ below the unopened , the shelf life of the product from the date of production is 6 months. Since the sealant is solidified by reaction with water vapor in the air, it must be firmly sealed when not in use. The top of the container at the time of storage may form a plug consisting of waste which is easily removed and does not affect the quality of the remaining material.

You can use a disposable paper towel to dry the skin, do not use a towel. The workplace should be kept well ventilated.
