Acrylate structure adhesive TS7128

TS7218 is an acrylate structure adhesive, combine with component A and component B at the volum mix rate : 10:1.

Operation time: 3-5 minutes. After curing, it has high toughness. Anti-fatigue and impact resistance etc. Characertistic.

This product is suitable for bonding metal, engineering plastics, composite material, ceramics and glass etc with good quality.

            一.产品简介及用途  Introduction

    TENSAN是一款丙烯酸酯结构胶,由AB两组份构成,两组份按101体积比混和,操作时间35分钟,固化后材料具有高韧性、高强度、抗疲劳、耐冲击的特点。适用于金属、工程塑料、复合材料、陶瓷、玻璃等材料的结构粘接。

    五.耐化学品性能 Chemical Resiatance

     

    1.不耐极性溶剂  Intolerance Polar Solvent

    2.耐以下物质:酸碱(PH310)、烃类、盐溶液

    Resistance to following material: acid - base (PH3-10), HC (Hydrocarbon), salt solutions.

    六.清洗 Cleaning

    胶固化前边缘的残胶清洗很容易,可用含NMP或酯类的清洗剂擦洗;如胶层已固化,仔细将胶层刮掉,并用前述清洗剂擦洗。

    Before curing, cleaning agen contain NMP or Ester can be used to clean adhesive residue; After curing, you can scrape the cured glue carefully and use the cleaning agent to wash it.

    七.温度的影响及加热 The Effect of Temperature

    本品在18.30C26.60C下施工能达到最理想的固化效果,低于18.30C固化减慢,超过26.60C固化加快。主剂和固化剂的粘度也受温度的影响,为确保在计量/温合设备中混合效果的一致性,两组份在储存时的温度要保持恒定。

    This product can reach to the perfect curing effect under the temperature 18.30C26.60C; Temperature lower than 18.30C will make the curing process slow down, temperature higher than 26.60C will fast the curing process.

    The temperature has effects on the viscosity of base and harder, in order to make sure the consistency of the mixing effect, we suggest you storage these two component adhesive in a stationary temperature.

    在实际操作中,为了加快固化速度,提升效率,也可采用预热台加热,常见的温度设置为1000C左右,时间在1分钟左右。

    In pratice, in order to fast the curing speed, you can use prehaeter for heating. Temperature setting 1000C for 1 minuts.

    八.注意事项 Notes

    1.在规定温度12.70C23.90C之间保存期为9个月,以产品出厂的日期为准。

    The shelf life is 9 month with the storage temperature between 12.70C and 23.90C, from the date of production,

    2.        避免将固化剂或装有固化剂的挤压瓶置于37.70C以上环境中长期存放,这将大大降低组份的反应活性。

    Storage in temperature higer than 37.70C shall be avoided as this is going to reduce product reactivity.

    3.        在温度7.20C12.70C下存放能延长保存期,本品不能冷冻保存。

    Product shelf life can be extended with the temperature between 7.20C and 12.70C, please notice this product can not be kept in cryopreservation.
