Bonding Performance


  • Tensan Coating Adhesive:It has excellent bonding strength and can achieve firm adhesion to the surfaces of a variety of materials, such as metals, plastics, and glass, forming a stable coating layer that is not easy to fall off.
  • Other Coating Adhesives:The bonding effect of some coating adhesives on specific materials may not be good. For example, some acrylic coating adhesives may have insufficient bonding force when bonding glass and are prone to peeling after long-term use.

Curing Characteristics


  • Tensan Coating Adhesive:The curing speed is moderate, which can ensure the formation of a stable coating layer within a certain time and also provide enough time margin for operation. After curing, the coating layer has good flexibility and elasticity.
  • Other Coating Adhesives:For example, some polyurethane coating adhesives have relatively strict requirements on environmental conditions during curing and need to be within a specific temperature and humidity range to achieve the best curing effect. Otherwise, the performance after curing may be affected.

Temperature Resistance


  • Tensan Coating Adhesive:It has a wide temperature resistance range and can maintain good performance stability in a high-temperature environment without softening, flowing or decomposing. At the same time, it will not embrittle and fail in a low-temperature environment.
  • Other Coating Adhesives:Although ordinary silicone coating adhesives also have a certain temperature resistance, they may not be as good as Tensan coating adhesive in terms of high and low temperature limits. For example, the performance of some silicone coating adhesives may decline in a high-temperature environment exceeding 200°C.

Insulation Performance


  • Tensan Coating Adhesive:It has excellent insulation performance and can effectively prevent leakage and short circuit between electronic components, ensuring the safe operation of electronic equipment.
  • Other Coating Adhesives:The insulation performance of some coating adhesives may not be ideal. In special environments such as high humidity or high voltage, the insulation resistance may decrease, posing a certain safety hazard.

Chemical Stability


  • Tensan Coating Adhesive:It has good tolerance to a variety of chemicals and is not easily corroded or dissolved by chemical solvents, acids and alkalis, and can maintain stable performance in a complex chemical environment.
  • Other Coating Adhesives:Some coating adhesives may undergo chemical reactions when in contact with certain specific chemicals, resulting in changes in the performance of the coating layer, such as discoloration, hardening or softening.

Environmental Performance


  • Tensan Coating Adhesive:Usually adopts an environmentally friendly formula and does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals and halogens, meeting relevant environmental protection standards and being relatively friendly to the environment and human health.
  • Other Coating Adhesives:Some traditional coating adhesives may contain components harmful to the environment and may cause certain pollution to the environment during use or after disposal.
